Returns and cancellations policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, we have a strict no-returns policy on bespoke and personalised embroidered items. Once stitching begins on a tailored design, workwear piece, or custom gift, it cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. For non-customised ready-to-ship stock, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are returned unused and in their original packaging. Turnaround times and dispatch
Every piece at Bold In Threads is stitched with care from our workroom in Cornwall, UK.. Made-to-order embroidery projects require dedicated machine time and hand finishing, with production times varying depending on batch size and design complexity. All finished orders are securely packaged and posted via trusted postal couriers across the United Kingdom & selected countries. Tracking information will be provided directly via email once your parcel is on its way.
